Grand Opening Pig Roast

To celebrate our opening we'll be hosting a good 'ol fashioned weekend Pig Roast and serving up tacos for anyone who wants to come by and meat their new neighborhood butcher! We're so excited and grateful to finally be opening that we wanted to share our excitement with everyone else too. Come by at 3 P.M. where The Heart & Trotter crew will be serving tacos and answering any questions about the shop, sustainable meats or how we came to be.
