Join us as we explore the benefits of interval training, a specific workout style that allows us to target improved efficiency and speed in a safe and fun environment!

We meet at The Runner's Bathroom every week at 6pm, located just South of the Mission Bay Visitor Center on East Mission Bay Drive.

Workouts for this month:

Sept 8: Workout: 4-5 x 6min run with 1 min rest

Sept 15: Workout: 8-12 x 2min run with 1 min rest with first 2 go out, then next 2 back, then 2 out 2 back. Etc ...

Sept: 22: Workout: 8min, 6min, 4min, 2min with 2min rest

Sept: 29: Workout: 2x5min, 2x4min, 2x3min, 2x2min with 1min rest
