Grand Hyatt San Diego says
Over the Edge for Brain Cancer is a unique fundraising challenge in which participants or “edgers” commit to a fundraising minimum in exchange for the opportunity of a lifetime – to rappel down the Grand Hyatt San Diego, the tallest building on the San Diego Skyline!

Edgers, supporters and spectators will enjoy this high energy event that will not only include the exciting rappel action, but also music, food, and vendors. Every edger will receive special VIP guest passes for their friends and family (number of passes determined by fundraising amount), but a pass is not required and entry is free to attend as a general spectator.

General Spectators
The general spectator area will be open from 8am – 6pm on Saturday, October 17th on the fourth floor pool deck of the Grand Hyatt. Enjoy the wonderful view of Coronado and coastal San Diego as you watch our brave edgers do their part in the fight against brain cancer!

The inspiring, high energy atmosphere will include wonderful entertainment and, of course, lots of rappel watching. ‘Edgers’ will receive guest passes for our special VIP Viewing area that will include tasty food and beverages. The number of passes allotted will be based on each edger’s fundraising total. For questions about passes please contact overtheedge@abc2.org.
