THURSDAY SWING ERA CLASSES: Swing into Spring with our series of Beginners Swing dance classes – we’re sure you’ll get hooked! Every Thursday at Infinity Dancesport, Swing Dancing San Diego will be hosting a series of fun Swing Era classes. Join in 1, 2 or all 3 and become a Swing Dance Master! 7:00pm – Jitterbug and Swing Basics - Learn the basics of this fun and easy 6-count Swing Dance! In just 4 weeks you will be able to get out on the social dance floor with some cool moves and be ready for all those social dance events of 2015. 8:00pm - Lindy Hop - This 8-count dance was all the craze back in the Big Band Swing Era of the 1930s- just as in our Jitterbug class, we will teach you the basic footwork, connection and technique that will make it FUN for you and your partner! 9:00pm - Balboa - Learn Southern California's original dance! and shuffle your feet to the Swingin' beat! Another fun 8-count Swing Dance created right here in Southern California - allows you to dance to faster tempos without breaking a sweat.
