Community Review Board on Police Practices says
This Tuesday, Dec. 15th will be the last time in 2015 that we can address the San Diego City Council about the compelling need for it to put our Charter Amendment for a truly independent Community Review Board on Police Practices on the 2016 Ballot. Please join us for Non-Agenda Public Comment during the morning Council Meeting starting at 10a!

We will be showcasing the NBC7/39 Investigates report last week, featuring 2 former CRB Members' corroboration of what we have been saying all this year -- that the current CRB lacks transparency and independence from the SDPD it is tasked to investigate. www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/Citizens-Review-Board-Has-Conflicts-And-Lacks-Transparency-Former-Members-360530091.html#ixzz3tMQg8YZ4.

Please arrive at City Hall at 202 C St by 9:30am, to go through security screening and get a seat in the 12th Floor Council Chambers. We will have small signs for you to hold. Thank You!
