The Way of the Andean Mystics March 14, 2015 Saturday 9 am – 5 pm at Verbena Spa Botanica, Bakersfield, CA Cost: $75 Prepaid, $90 at the door You are invited to journey along the Rainbow Path – a way of finding personal healing, growth and transformation anchored in the mystery teachings of the Andes. Andean mystical training has one primary goal: to awaken and empower your energy body so you can live more fully as an authentic individual and increase your personal power, well-being and joy. In this full-day introduction to the sacred traditions of Peru, we will lead you through the tradition’s primary energy practices and provide you with a broad understanding of the Andean tradition and its usefulness for living an authentic life. The shamanic wisdom and way of life in the high Andes is as rich, profound, and complete as any mystical system in the world, including those of ancient China, Japan, and Tibet, and as earth honoring as any of the indigenous traditions have been. Its health promoting and healing practices are as powerful and yet as profoundly simple as any to be found anywhere. Experience a Healing Sound Journey with the Andean Power Animals and Medicine Wheel. Learn about the mountain shamans, their ways of healing and how this assists us with our personal healing. This is a day of meditation, journeying and healing. Please bring a rattle or drum (some instruments provided), comfortable clothing and support for sitting on the ground, a notebook and pen, water and lunch if desired.
