Urgent: Hearing On Allowing Short Term Rentals Citywide says
Don’t Let Them Change our Zoning Laws!

Converting homes into mini-hotels is illegal in San Diego because it makes our housing crisis worse, increases rents and destabilizes our economy.

The short-term rental industry has done it over 6,000 times in San Diego and was planning more until the City Attorney confirmed the practice is illegal.

This Friday, Councilmember Chris Cate will propose changing our laws to make permanent short-term rentals legal in your neighborhood at the Smart Growth and Land Use meeting. Two other proposals will also be heard.

Your attendance will show the Councilmembers that we need homes for San Diegans not mini-hotels.

Doors open at 9:00. The hearing starts at 10:00.

Please attend and wear RED. It is important.
