Are you looking for an accessible, affordable way to de-stress, stretch and move, and find some inner peace? Have you felt left out of yoga classes because they were confusing, complicated, or cliquey? Come join our class on Friday mornings for a warm and welcoming introduction to yoga as therapeutic practice! Each class will include restorative yoga movement (gentle exercise) and meditation. No special clothing, equipment, or experience is required. Bring your own yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.

About the Instructor: Manvi Singh, RYT-500, is a former UCSD Women's Center intern with over 8 years of study and practice of yoga. She combines her passion for social justice with her passion for yoga and believes that yoga is a preventative health practice for everyone. She uses yoga as a tool to end cycles of violence and self-hatred that live in the body and to permanently heal depression with ancestral roots.

Free, $5 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome - no prior sign-up required
