Meet some of the folks responsible for making this place shine. Basalt Chef Nick Sherman's philosophy is to always stay true to the ingredients - using local, fresh, seasonal items and treating them in just the right way. His style preference, is to let the ingredients speak for themselves. Devised first and foremost as a casual environment with a happening bar scene, phenomenal food and seamless service at the hand of industry-veteran Jonathan Wendorf (previously of Quince and Cotogna).
