Our mixology involves the use of real “Caña,” that is, crushing our own sugar cane to produce syrups, glazes and tinctures in order to provide you with the best cocktails this side of the Caribbean.
We place special emphasis on creating a novel cocktailing environment in the Great Cuban Tradition of Rum-based bartending, along with a menu that is sure to take you to the heart of La Habana and beyond.
