Caputo specializes in Neapolitan pizzas, which cook in 2 minutes in a 900 degree Italian wood burning oven. Our dough is made from double milled, 00 Caputo flour, and our sauce is made from the finest San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. We make house-made mozzarella cheese daily. We will also showcase local, hormone free, free-range poultry, meats and seafood cooked over our wood burning grill.
