Lasan is a family-run restaurant focusing mainly on Northern Indian family recipes, & also featuring dishes from all over India. Committed to solving the challenge of using local, seasonally available & sustainable ingredients to cook traditional Indian recipes, we use cage-free eggs, free-range chicken, naturally raised and grass-fed Lamb & Beef, and local, organic produce. In addition, Lasan is the only Indian restaurant that is a part of the NEVER EVER program: our meat is never treated with antibiotics, hormones, nitrate, or any other chemical additives. A few of our specialties include Chilean Sea Bass in our seafood spice blend, Tamarind & Ginger Wings, Lamb in rich almond sauce, a special version of Bengan Bartha using eggplant that is first smoked then sautéed, and our organic homegrown lemon chutney.
