Spinello’s Italian East Coast Eatery was developed by Michael Spinello. Michael is from New Jersey and has spent the last 15 years in California. The one thing Michael noticed over the years is the lack of East Coast style Italian food. After opening and running Opa for its first 3 years Michael set out to bring his family recipes to the Los Gatos clientele he has grown to know.
All of the dishes at Spinello’s are from family recipes handed down over the years from his Italian relatives. Many of the dishes were served to Michael during his childhood in New Jersey. Being closely located to New York gave Michael the opportunity to explore the many different wonderful Italian cuisines served in Manhattan. Now Michael brings all of his incredible recipes to the local Los Gatos residents.
