Welcome to Zabu Zabu, San Mateo, established 2013. Our original restaurant was established in Berkeley in 2007. We are best known for our all you can eat Shabu Shabu. Shabu Shabu is a Japanese variant of the hot pot consisting of thin slices of raw meat and fresh vegetables cooked in a pot of hot broth at the table. We offer quality Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork, Australian lamb and chicken breast along with a variety of fresh vegetables. Diners will also have the option to order from our all you can eat sushi rolls and small plates menu. All food is served made to order and can also be served a la carte.
