· Our new 28 Days to Fit Challenge starts on October 26th - it’s a great chance to get in shape and feel more confident in just four weeks
· When you sign up, you’ll:
o Take up to six classes per week (with early booking privileges!)
o Receive an easy-to-follow nutrition plan with meal options and recipes from SELF magazine contributors, C&J Nutrition
o Receive an instructor coach to keep you motivated and on track
o Receive two free guest credits to bring friends for extra support
o Have the option to be paired with another Challenger to help keep you accountable, if you’d like
· You’ll also attend a kick-off event where you’ll meet your instructor coach and receive your 28 day meal plan
