Couth Buzzard Books presents an acoustic concert, featuring Seattle artist Alice Howe and California touring artist Sandra Dolores Swanfeldt.

Boston native ALICE HOWE has been called the “songbird of the Northwest.” Her dreamy and impeccably tuned voice is a seamless conduit for her crafted poetry. Rooted in classic emotive folk, with its stories told infinitely of love and loss, joy and sorrow, Howe’s songwriting is at once timeless and original. Her 2014 release Tiger Lily EP is a vivid, sure-footed collection of five original songs.

One of the most distinctive voices in Sacramento's expanding and eclectic music scene is making her Washington debut. SANDRA DOLORES SWANFELDT is hitting the road in May 2016 on a 3 week long folk/pop tour that will introduce the accomplished singer/songwriter to seven cities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her tour will feature Swanfeldt's newest EP, "Back To the Start", a collection of 5 acoustic songs recorded live in-studio.
