The year is 2084, and you're a college student taking some bullshit class on the physics of Alternate Universes so you can just get your damn science credit. Today, you're attending a lab administered by the class's grad student, who's a total nerd about the abandoned Multiverse expedition that happened back in the 2030s (AKA ancient history). He's planning on using the government neuro-docs to cybernetically embody the lost third mission, whose findings were documented exclusively in spoken word and song, for reasons no one seems to remember. Meanwhile, you just want the lab to end so you can go smoke a space-joint in the Hyper-Quad. You're hoping there isn't a test at the end, or worse: sing-alongs (but there probably will be).

*Not actually one of my favorite pursuits**
**But I like thinking about things and getting into passionate and intelligent discussions about culture and politics***
***So in that way, the basic concept of academia is my favorite, until it becomes institutionalized and immersed in bureaucracy*****
*****Sorry for going on a tangent, there.
