Bemis Arts says
The Spring Art Show will feature art community residents and visiting artists as well as an acoustic music lineup on both days. This spring's event also features an exhibit showcasing the history of the Bemis Building. As always, resident artists will open their studios for you, and you can view the juried show of visiting artists throughout the expansive halls. This is an excellent opportunity to see well-established and emerging professionals in the unique environment of their working studios.

The historic 150,000 square foot factory building located near Safeco Field is home to painters, photographers, glass artists, filmmakers, sculptors, fashion designers, and many others. For nearly a century, the towering letters of the Bemis Company sign have dominated the skyline just south of Pioneer Square, marking the edge of Seattle’s industrial district. With 30 lofts, it is one of the largest artist live/work buildings in Seattle and the structure represents an extremely unique industrial artifact.
