We provide secondary school girls with a solid foundation in gender and leadership education as it relates to their lived realities. Our approach fosters personal confidence, critical thinking, problem solving and practical life skills, reinforced by hands-on community improvement projects driven by the girls themselves. To ensure sustainability, we also work to engage men and boys in the fight to end gender discrimination and gender-based violence.
