Take a Pint and Shot Glass Night!
Tequila barrel aged Saison from Hilliards and Papa Bueno Tequila!
Founded by Mr. Indalecio Núñez Muro in 1937. Atotonilco and its surrounding highland plains enjoy excellent
conditions for high quality tequila production, including the best land, climate, water and altitude for growing Agave. The distillery began
exporting tequila in 1964 and in 1986 was rewarded with the “National Quality Award.” Mr. Indalecio and both his sons Jorge and Antonio
served as Presidents of the National Tequila Industry Association and the distillery was one of the founders of the Tequila Regulatory Council in
1994. Papa Bueno Tequilas are exclusively produced in small batch runs
at this new, modern facility that employs old world artisanal techniques.
Our Silver is light and crisp, with citrus hints and an inviting, fragrant agave nose.
Our Reposado is aged over two months in used
Kentucky bourbon oak barrels—softening and warming the agave with caramel hints.
Our Añejo, barreled and aged for more than a year, is
warm and soulful, with smoky oak highlights.

A rare dry Irish stout in the craft lineup. Clean, smooth, chocolatey, roasty and delicious are a few words to describe this beer.
Saison Reposado:
Malt: Gambrinus Pils
Hops: Golding
Yeast: Belgian Saison
IBU: 20
ABV: 7.5%

We’re the lucky owners of a rare Herradura Reposado Tequila barrel and in sticking with tradition we fill it with our classic Saison. We age it for approximately four and a half months (or until it’s ready) and it picks up a bit of cooked agave and oak from the barrel. Trending more sour the more often we use the barrel.

Penumbra CDA:
Malt: Gambrinus ESB Pale, Weyerman Munich II, Castle Biscuit, Weyerman De-husked Carafa II
Hops: Summit, Chinook, Cascade, Citra
ABV: 6.1%
IBU: 70

This is a generously dry hopped, dark, delicious Cascadian Dark Ale that is perfect for getting your hop and dark fix.
