Tears! Laughter! Free coffee and treats! It's a reading of sappy, crappy, and desperate love writing penned for the paramours of your youth. Anonymously submit angsty poetry or prose via the boxes at the first or second floor information desks in Odegaard Library (they'll be up on February 2nd!). Then come to the cafe space on the first floor of Ode to watch tutors from the Odegaard Writing & Research Center perform the pieces. Don't have anything to submit? Writing prompts will be provided at the event for on-the-spot melodrama. We'll also have sweets on hand to nurse your memories of sweeties long gone.
