Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) says
On Saturdays in June and July (except July 4), sample Seattle-made craft beers, ciders, and liquors in our 21st Century Speakeasy. Check mohai.org for a detailed schedule of the tastings and more information about our community partners.

July 18: Spinnaker Bay Brewing
Spinnaker Bay Brewing, founded in 2012 by Janet Spindler and Elissa Pryor, is currently Washington State's only 100% woman owned and operated microbrewery. Janet comes from a long line of brewers; there's even a photo in Spinnaker's taproom of her great grandmother, also a brewer, that reads "What is home without beer?"

Tastings begin at 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm.
Cost: $5 add-on to museum admission
.
This program is open to all ages (when accompanied by an adult guardian), but only 21+ and older may participate in the alcohol tasting portion. Sodas available for attendees under 21. Please present your ID when purchasing your ticket. Tickets available at-the-door only.
American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition is at MOHAI April 2-August 23, 2015.
