Open Heart, Shamanic Transformational Dance says
Dear Heart Dancers,

Here we go! We dance bravely into 2016 with the gift of the Open Heart. Winter has deepened, and the light is returning to the earth. Each new day is just a little longer, and we open our hearts to more fully receive the blessings all around us.
What does an open heart truly mean? It means vulnerability, allowing ourselves to be seen by another. To achieve authentic intimacy, we must take the risk of vulnerability. This can be in romantic love, in love for friends and family, and in love for the planet. And, like magic, when we open our hearts, others around us will do the same.
This dance ceremony is designed to clear mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks that prevent you from living in your highest & greatest state of openness, confidence, joy, and empowerment.
Take a moment go into your heart and ask:
“Where in my life have I held my heart closed to someone or some force that reaches to me?”
"How do I already maintain an open heart for some of the people and beings in my life?”
"What can I gain by opening my heart to new love, in whatever form it comes to me?”
Bring a curious heart, loosely fitting and comfy clothes to dance in, and a water bottle. You may also bring items that symbolize the ways you wish to celebrate, nurture, and create Open-Heartedness within yourself and in our world. Let the dance be an honoring of the earth that supports us, the bodies that we inhabit, and the hearts that call us forward.
There is no dance experience necessary. This is an experiential dance in a judgment-free, sacred, and contained space. All ages are welcome, and there may be children in attendance.
I look forward to dancing with you all and your intentions for good, true, and beautiful open hearts! If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 206.697.1357
