On July 25th at 7:30pm 2016 in Seattle at the Royal Room, pianist/composer Tony Foster will celebrate the release of his new recording "Project Paradiso: Tony Foster Plays Ennio Morricone and Henry Mancini". Joining Foster will be Canadian drummer Joe Poole and Seattle's Nate Parker on bass. Foster, a 2016 Juno Nominee (Canadian equivalent to the Grammy awards), was born in Vancouver Canada but is now based in Seattle.

Foster has performed everywhere from Bogota Colombia to Torino Italy. Foster has worked with many jazz luminaries including Red Holloway, Sheila Jordan,Dee Daniels, Jeff Hamilton, Scott Hamilton, Harry Allen, and Peter Washington, but counts his experiences performing with Seattle's own Ernestine Anderson as some of the most important of his musical career.

This new recording features some well-known material from 2 of the most iconic film composers the world has ever known- Ennio Morricone and Henry Mancini as well as some less-known songs. In both cases, Foster has artfully arranged and crafted for his cinematic piano trio!
