Sharpening Your Hoop Dance!

Welcome to our workshop! Lead by SGL performer and master Hooper Kara Ashlee McPherson and local hooping artist Trevor Spring, this intensive workshop offers skills and concepts to hoopers looking to improve upon their base skills. With the dancing styles of the instructors differing so drastically, there is much to be learned in the fields of move vocabulary, transitions, flow mechanics, and more. Lesson plan to be released soon! This workshop will be accompanied by a professional photographer for SGL to take photos of each participant's unique skill and capture the beauty of our craft.
