Leadership is a dynamic force that is present in every aspect of business in today's business world. This interactive leadership conference will kick off centered on you and your personal leadership development through using an industry proven leadership assessment and professionals in the field will work with you to build your personal development plan. Afternoon sessions will be led by managers from companies that hire our Foster grads delivering leadership workshops that are put on for their own employees. Throughout the day you will engage with speakers, participate in interactive workshops, and a coaching fair, all centered on developing leadership. Company coaches will help students improve and strengthen traits by leading interactive workshops that cover traits and help build actionable plans to work on specific areas.
