"To Savor Tomorrow" is a comedy spoof of the spy 007 genre. In the lounge of 1960s vintage Boeing Stratocruiser, international spies dressed as bartenders, stewardesses, and pilots converge mid-flight in a battle for the future of the world's food supply. As a passenger, your inflight meal is constantly interupted by dashing spies, dancing stewardesses, and fantastic original music. Cafe Nordo puts you in the middle of the action, merging art and food in a way only Nordo can. "To Savor Tomorrow" features a four course meal of modernist cuisine inspired by the 1960s, each course paired with a flight of craft coctails.
