The head chef of VUN, Andrea Aprea, of 1 Michelin-starred restaurant VUN of Park Hyatt in Milan, is being invited to Cornerstone at the Park Hyatt in Seoul for an exclusive 2 days-event. Aprea believes that true Italian food comes from the application and use of seasonal Italian ingredients. His creations beautifully reflect his deep understanding of the cuisine; with his training in Europe and Asia, Aprea never fails to bring dishes that are modern and exquisite. For his Korea visit, Aprea will be using seasonal Korean ingredients to create a 5-course meal paired with wine that demonstrates his strong point of view.
