Benito Plasschaert's charcuterie

Benito Plasschaert, once reputed as the youngest Master Charcutier of the Netherlands, is also a master butcher who has provided presidents and royal families of Belguim, the U.K. and Denmark with his homemade meat. In light of his visit to The Deli, 25 types of handmade, processed meat will be featured, including lavender ham, Swiss meatloaf with Emmental cheese, pate with the taste of green grapes of grilled apples, foiegras terrine scented with truffle oil, handmade deer sausage, saffron, chicken and beef.
