Jacques Lollier, the head of the Ambassador Group’s French cuisine, will be taking charge of this special event, where you can taste the many different regions of France, including Normandy, Provence, the French Rivera, Pays de la Loire and Bordeaux. The themes of the courses will change every three weeks. From March 28th to April 17th, the tastes of Provence and the French Rivera will be served. Provence-style fish soup, fish grilled in white wine, herbs and olive oil and Nice-style ratatouille are just a few of the dishes that will be served. From April 18th to May 8th, the tastes of Pays de la Loire, will be served. Snail gratin with watercress and herbed butter, Loire-style cabbage soup, beef tenderloin steak with a white bean soup garnished with crispy bacon are some of the items that will be offered up.
