The name of the restaurant, which translates to "Antonio's house", refers to owner Antonio Patella. Patella is a veteran businessman who has run operations in both Itaewon and Cheongdam-dong for over 15 years. As a classical music major, Patella occasionally plays the piano, which is placed in the heart of the restaurant. Casa Antonio's breads and pizzas are baked in a stone oven from Italy, and the restaurant offers 17 different pasta dishes and main courses, 400 varieties of Italian wine and grappa, and 6 types of Italian water. Pair the generous portions of prosciutto with pillowy blocks of buffalo mozzarella for that feeling Italiano. Your usual pastas and pizzas are lovely here, but while you’re at it, try things the Italian way at Casa Antonio.
