Time Out says

On Saturday, May 5th, you might want to take your family for a day outing to The National Assembly located in Yeouido. Celebrating Children’s Day in Korea, the grass lawns laid out in front of the assembly building will be transformed into a dreamland where children can let their imaginations run wild. It will be the 13thedition of the annual festival, having attracted more than 10,000 people every year, offering over 100 different activities for free. A highlighting event will be the parade, represented by the Korean Honor Guards, the army band, the police force, groups in diverse traditional costumes, 4D cars, children in colorful thematic costumes and much more. Last year, the parade consisted of around 1,700 members, so you can expect something of a similar scale this May. The carnival will be filled with photo zones, picnics, barbecues, balloon-art, cotton candy machines, origami booths, orchestra and traditional music performances, and the list just goes on. Set your date, May 5th at The National Assembly Building for a day of extravagant fun to which all children are invited!
