Time Out says

The life of the patron saint of Ireland is celebrated on March 17th and the annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival in Seoul will be held on March 19th. Around 5,000 spectators attended last year and the event increases in size and diversity every year. Held by the Irish Association of Korea (and sponsored by Guinness and British Airways), the festival decked out in green includes music concerts (traditional Irish and fusion), dance performances and dancing. There’s face painting for children and a raffle that gives away some amazing gifts (previously, this included two tickets to Ireland). Show up early to get a good view of the stage and some Irish food provided at the vendors. Also, don’t forget the after parties happening in Itaewon after!
