Over the Influence presents Abigail Goldman, Cleon Peterson and Shepard Fairey

Hong Kong-based gallery Over the Influence brings a slice of three artists’ works to the annual art fair. Belying the miniature scenography in Abigail Goldman’s creations is a commentary on society’s fascination with violence and gore – while Cleon Paterson depicts the struggle between power and submission in a world where ethics
have been replaced with bribery and personal entitlement. Meantime, Shepard Fairey addresses the excesses of capitalism, socioeconomic inequality, gun control and yet more pressing issues in today’s society.
