Time Out says

The visually stunning Light to Night Festival is a timeless crowd favourite at Singapore Art Week every year when it returns. Head to The Arts House for two immersive installations for the illuminating festival. Step back into time with Curiocity: A Tessellation of Memories which is an introspective journey into the city's past and features places that are forgotten from our history while The Same Side of the Moon Always Faces Earth is a project by artist and illustrator Farizwan Fajari (also more famously known as Speak Cryptic). The installation is a visual representation of the behaviour of the sea and tides and how it correlates with migration and the relationship we have with nature.

The Arts House remains open during the Light to Night Festival, and the public will also have access to exhibitions such as Our Cultural Medallion StoryEverything Light Touches which opens from January 20 and The Reading Room which is a reading nook you can find respite in away from the Light to Night crowds. As a treat, visitors can even get their own customised typewritten poetry by The Novel Encounter's Adam Tie at The Reading Roon on January 22, 7-9pm.

Besides the lights and action in the city, head to Aliwal Arts Centre at the Kampong Gelam precinct for AliWall Festival: The Dreamer. Enjoy a series of multidisciplinary performances at the Islands Time-Based Art Festival and take in the colourful and vibrant mural exhibitions on-site.
