Starting at 6pm on New Year's Eve, the lush al fresco garden of the restaurant will be transformed into a lively Spanish boqueria (traditional market) with executive chef Jean-Philippe Patruno's signature paella, suckling pig, and a full array of tapas. It's $148 per adult for the night with free-flow cava, wines and beers. You can also opt to have dinner only at $96 per person, or zoom in on the booze at $110 per person.
