Come Aug 6 to 8, book yourself in for Edge's Jubilee Lunch ($50) where seven live kitchens in the restaurant will dish up heritage culinary dishes inspired by some of Singapore’s most well-loved dishes, including laksa, bak ku teh, fish head curry and desserts such as durian pengat and mango pomelo short cake.
