Time Out says

This year’s edition of the Marina Bay Sands food and wine bonanza promises to be bigger than ever. From August 14 to 16, attend master classes led by chefs from the complex's nine celebrity restaurants, sample their signature dishes, and sip on the fine wines and spirits on offer. This year's edition also includes an after party from 9pm to 1am with a schedule of live DJ sets, late night bites and handcrafted drinks to add festivity to the night.

Among the celebrity chef restaurant booths spread out over Halls D and E of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, make sure to get a preview of the Californian-fusion cuisine of Wolfgang Puck's Spago, which is set to open at the Sands later this year, as well as highlights from Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen, which will be presented here by the restaurant's executive chef Sabrina Stillhart. Other chef headliners like Tetsuya Wakuda (Waku Ghin), queen of brunch Nancy Silverton (Osteria and Pizzeria Mozza), Justin Quek (Sky on 57), David Myers (Adrift) and David Thompson (Long Chim) will similarly present their signature dishes and present master classes to pick up a kitchen tip or two at.

Participants can also sample and purchase wine at the Wine Zone and fresh produce at the Fresh Food Market at the Epicurean Market. Check out The Bar for handcrafted cocktails, or pay a visit to The Cheese Artisan, Swiss Butchery and more for gourmet food items.

Tickets for the Marina Bay Sands' Epicurean Market are now on sale, and priced at $28 each. Price includes two premium red wine glasses by Schott Zwiesel and admission to the after party.
