Fairmont Singapore’s Szechuan Court brings diners four new rice dumplings as part of their Dragon Boat Festival celebrations. Created by their dim sum chef Mandy Yeo, try the stewed spice pig trotter dumpling ($34) or the old favourite gong bao chicken dumpling ($24) for a spicy punch. The health-conscious can go for the assorted grains brown rice vegetarian dumpling ($24), which comes packed with mushrooms and chai poh.
