Ristorant Amarone's Wine Appreciation Dinner with Paolo Basso

Ristorante Amarone is bringing in 2013's world's best sommelier Paolo Basso, as judged by The Association de la Sommellerie. From August 26 to August 28, Basso will handpick vintages to be paired with a special dinner menu ($350/person for early booking by July 31, $395/person for standard booking) created by Chef Davide Maci of Italy's The Market Place Restaurant. Dishes featured include aged parmesan risotto and beef entrecôte.
