Spice Market London's executive chef Peter Lloyd pops into town for the World Street Food Congress, but still finds time to whip up five-course dinners ($148) of Viet, Thai and Singaporean flavours at the W. Plates include black pepper shrimp with pineapple, yam bean vegetable with pea shoots and for dessert, Ovaltine ice-cream on a banana split with spiced chocolate sauce, and Thai-inspired bowl of crushed ice with tapioca balls and fruits.
