American restaurant Meatsmith dabbles in Middle Eastern cuisine as Artichoke's Bjorn Shern takes over the kitchen for a night. Start off with appetisers like the smoked tongue tacos, crab tzatziki, sumac onions and jalapeno, then move on to mains including the habibi-style smoked spatchcock or charcoal grilled Turkish flatbread.
