On Christmas eve, enjoy dishes like quail and foie gras in coffee dust and spinach emulsion and pan-roasted turbot with celeriac mousse and eggplant confit. Priced at $188 per person on Christmas day, dishes such as truffle crusted scallop with cured ham chips, lobster carpaccio and silky cuttlefish tagliatelle with sea urchin, orange fish roe and ponzu emulsion will be on offer. Noteworthy deserts include almond meringue with chestnut cream, apricot compote and chestnut sorbet as well as, poached pear in spiced syrup.

Choose from their three-course meal ($68) of soup, main, desert or their five-course meal ($88) of appetizer, starter, soup, main and dessert. Highlights include olive and capsicum nut cheese with dehydrated crackers, dehydrated crispy lasagne with Swiss brown mushrooms and raspberry white chocolate bar with cashew cream.
Enjoy a traditional and home-style French Dinner at the Cafe & Bar Gavroche ($58). Tuck into foie gras terrain, honey baked ham, roasted turkey breast, cured Parma ham. Sides that accompany the spread are boiled potatoes, quail eggs and pickles. Desserts include orange sorbet with dates and traditional Christmas pudding.
Sufood offers an alternative take on the Christmas dinner with a healthy and meatless eight-course meal that comes with two glasses of Italian wine of free-flow fresh juice ($49.50).
