On Christmas eve and the big day, gather your tribe for lunch ($78/five-course) or dinner ($158/six-course) with dishes like slow-roasted Kurobuta pork belly, crystal bay prawns with caviar, roast turkey or grass-fed Australian homestead filet mignon.
To close out the year, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse sets up six-course ($188) meals with prawn and leek raviolo, USDA prime 150-day grain-fed ribeye, and Valhrona dulcey tart. Diners who check in for the later 9.30pm seating (an earlier seating at 6pm is also available) get to adjourn to the restaurant's third-floor balcony to watch the fireworks closer at midnight.
