SCO: A Night with Mark O’Connor

Stringed instrument maestro and Grammy Award winner O’Connor joins the SCO to perform several of his own compositions (Strings and Threads Suite, ‘Olympic Harvest’ and Fiddle Concerto, as well as his ‘Queen Anne’s Revenge’ with the orchestra), plus ‘Americana Symphony: Splendid Horizons’, Tan Dun’s ‘Suite for Chinese String Instruments’ and Eric Watson’s ‘The Ceilidh’.
