This two-day concert over the long Vesak Day weekend comes a day after the Social Star Awards, a 24-hour event that presents 288 awards to the biggest stars and brands across the world based on their social media popularity, as tracked by Starcount.com.
Performers to watch out for on 24 May are American rapper/producer Cee Lo Green ('Forget You', 'It's OK', 'Bright Lights Bigger City') and Asian girl band Blush, relative newcomers from 2010, though their songs 'Undivided' (featuring Snoop Lion) and 'Dance On' are pretty catchy pop/dance offerings. 'Gangnam Style' sensation PSY, whose new video for 'Gentleman' already has millions of views, also has a spot on Day 1. Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen ('Call Me Maybe') and Sky Blu, one half of musical duo LMFAO, add more sizzle to an already impressive night.
On Day 2, expect classic tunes from legendary rock band Aerosmith – we can't wait to see Steven Tyler's mind-blowing vocals in action for crowd favourites like 'Dream On' and 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing'.
