Southeast Asian Choreographers’ Showcase

Following an open call to dancers across South-East Asia, 45 proposals were received from applicants hailing from Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and other neighbouring countries. The winners will join Europe-based local dancer Daniel K to perform a piece called Cheerleader of Europe, which takes a satirical look at the Europe Project – that many Europeans have lost faith in – by introducing an Asian artist to bring unity to the people.
