As you might expect from the name, the main attraction is the shellfish: there are six fresh oyster types from France, Australia and New Zealand ($7-$12 per piece), as well as several grilled oyster options ($9). Also on the Japanese/English menu are a selection of tapas ($6-$8) and sizzling grilled mains, with Omi or Aussie beef ($20-$75, based on weight), grilled chicken ($15) or grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce ($16). There’s also an impressive selection of over 200 global wines and 100 mojitos to pick from.
