Co-owner Inna Tanudirjo of the former Etoile partnered up with foodie Sean Ong to take over the Japanese-French restaurant’s space. Although some of Etoile’s signature dishes have been kept, the Manhattan-style bistro is now also serving steaks, sandwiches, burgers and pasta.
