Chef Gaggan Anand will be taking over the space at the Mandala club to host his highly-anticipated pop-up from November 3, 2021 to March 31, 2022. Known for his famous Gaggan restaurant in Bangkok, which has scored one of the top spots on the coveted list of Asia’s Best Restaurants for four consecutive years, Gaggan will be in town together with a team of 20 staff for the duration of the residency, including his kitchen crew and restaurant manager. He aims to bring the Gaggan Anand Restaurant experience to diners in Singapore.

Patrons can expect meticulously curated degustation menus featuring seasonal ingredients and locally-sourced produce, all infused with Gaggan’s creativity and innovation. His other concept, the Mexico-meets-India hybrid, Ms Maria and Mr Singh, will serve light bites and cocktails in the lounge area. His two-month residency at the Mandala Club in Bukit Pasoh Road will run from November 3 to March 31. Reservations are already open, with lunch from $288, and dinner starting from $388. Wine pairing starts at an additional $148 for lunch.
